Moving to The Bahamas: Best Beaches
Moving to The Bahamas gives you the access to beautiful beaches there. With some of the most beautiful beaches in the world located in the Bahamas, it can be difficult to choose which ones to visit, especially if you have limited time. I’ll try and make it easy for you by picking three of my favorites. Each of these beaches offer something different, so depending on how you like to spend your beach time, you can choose accordingly! Cable Beach One of the most popular beaches in the Bahamas, Cable Beach is located in Nassau and features five enormous hotels, two of which are all-inclusive. This area is known for its dining, the Crystal Palace Casino, and the shimmering golden sands of Cable Beach. The largest casino/convention facility is scheduled to open in 2014, the Baha Mar. Ten Bay Beach Located between South Palmetto Point and Savannah Sound in Eleuthera Island, Ten Bay Beach is shallow, safe for children, and often completely empty. Any given day you could have this beach to yourself or share with a native bonefisherman. Pink Sands Beach Aptly named, Pink Sands Beach features beautiful pink sand unlike any you will find elsewhere. The pink color comes from microscopic shelled organisms known as Foraminifera, which are among the most abundant single cell organisms in the ocean and play a large role in the ocean ecosystem and environmental sustainability. Just off the coast of Pink Sands Beach is Current Cut Dive, one of the top dive sites in the world. Moving to the Bahamas? I Luv Moving is here to help.
