Helped out my brother and his wife on their move out to FRANCE. I was the one who referred them to this company through a co-worker of mine who recently used their moving services. A company who knows what they are doing and how to attend to all of their customers needs. I actually forgot to bring boxes and so we needed a bunch more, which they provided free of charge! Packing material too! The movers were great-fast, and efficient, and did a fantastic job.  I definitely will be using them for my future move out to France as well. - 7/14/2016

My Sister had moved to Texas A few years ago for work but recently was not happy with the transition and was looking to relocate back to Chicago. Its not easy moving across the country. So I went to facebook and was recommended to use this company from a friend of mine. I am always a little on edge trusting others with my valuables but they were amazing and handled everything with care. She was also bringing her car and we followed them as well. They stopped every so often to make sure nothing had moved and when we finally arrived nothing had been damaged. Finally moving into my own place is exciting enough, however I knew that I couldn't do it alone. From Chicago to Houston and now Austin, luckily I was referred to this company by my cousin. They were great help. Very friendly staff and did mostly everything for me. Other than packing up the smaller items and the ones I most cherished, they took care of the heavier and bigger items. The whole move was done in about 2 days & expenses were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend using ILM for any future moves you may have - 5/04/2016

My move over seas was handled quite well thanks to these guys. Was very impressed with the team here. All staff members were kind and explained all my options before the moving began. They compared the shipping by sea vs by air to me over the phone. The pricing and time frame was the main difference. I can't say that I really love moving.. but I love moving helped a great deal and relieved a lot stress. - 5/14/2016

If we had to do this move all over again we would not even hesitate to contact this company once more, this first time around they provided us with exceptional customer service. They arrived to our house early every morning and managed to pack all of my grandparent's furniture that needed to be shipped out within a few hours. There are not too many companies that accommodate to international moves but we desperately needed a way to ship these pieces of furniture out of the States. Our company was expanding and plans were finally underway to open a business sector in Quebec,Canada. I was moving there for 2 years to get things underway. So I needed to have the majority of my 1 bedroom apartment (everything in it that is) shipped over there in roughly 3 weeks time without costing a fortune. Looking online through various international shipping companies I finally settled for "I love international". The rates for shipping by sea were the most competitive & they guaranteed me that the rates would never fluctuate at the end. They pretty much won me over & I'm pretty happy with the results. They handled an over seas product move by boat very well. It was a large amount goods being shipped there and back. The rates they provided were very manageable and everyone was easy to talk to over the phone. Whole process was stress free and simple. Would definitely use again if needed. - 8/03/2016
